Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast is seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee regional Coke Northeast fleet and warehouses, including trucks, tractors, trailers and related equipment. You will ensure timely preventive maintenance, manage shop operations, and drive compliance and cost controls across multiple locations.

The role requires strong mechanical expertise, DOT compliance knowledge, and heavy travel to our Eastern Division facilities.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in mechanics and heavy equipment repair.
Knowledge of repair methods, equipment, parts, pricing, suppliers and industry standards.
Knowledge of DOT laws and federal regulations for large fleet equipment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and fleet management software.
Willingness to travel about 75% to Coke Northeast centers.

Responsibilities

Ensure preventive maintenance and repairs meet performance standards and regulatory adherence.
Maintain shop organization, cleanliness and policies with the Fleet Director.
Coordinate licensing, permitting, disposals, transfers and additions with team members.
Manage parts inventories and movement to support operations.
Ensure compliance with company and government standards.
Develop supplier relationships and perform vendor selection.
Maintain professional vehicle appearance with proper markings.
Submit capital requests for equipment and facility improvements.
Provide training for managers on fleet operation and maintenance.
Conduct technician training (40 hours per technician per year).
