Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred or 1–3 years of maintenance operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or 1–3 years of maintenance operations experience.
• Maintenance and technical experience in a shop environment required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with a Shop Management System preferred.
• Microsoft Office intermediate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Workflow management: plan, schedule and assign work to technicians; track productivity and RO reviews.
• Labor management: train and develop personnel; performance management.
• Customer management: manage customer relationships and communications; ensure vehicle uptime.
• Asset management: maintain shop tools, equipment, and vehicle specs; manage parts inventory.
• Quality management: conduct PM repairs, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Financial management: control maintenance costs, payroll, PO approvals, and invoicing.
