Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with basic office software skills.
• Experience in waste or trucking industries is preferred.
• Must learn Waste Pro proprietary software applications.

Responsibilities

• Schedule preventive maintenance for Waste Pro vehicles and order parts.
• File repair orders, DVIRs, and safety lane forms for records.
• Enter maintenance data daily and verify entries for accuracy.
• Order parts after shifts with shop manager approval.
• Maintain parts inventory with cycle counts.
• Receive, label, stock, and dispense parts to staff.
• Review staff time cards for accuracy and notify corrections.
• Produce productivity and usage reports for management.
• Follow safety policies and perform other duties as assigned.
