Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least 6 months of related work experience.
• Experience in the waste or trucking industry preferred.
• Must learn Waste Pro proprietary software applications.
• Computer proficiency in MS Office, data entry, Fleet Management software and email.
• Ability to multi task and prioritize with speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Schedules Preventive Maintenance for Waste Pro vehicles and orders required parts.
• Files repair orders, safety lane forms and DVIRs.
• Enters maintenance-related data into the system daily and verifies accuracy.
• Orders parts requested by night and day shifts with manager approval.
• Maintains parts inventory including cycle counting.
• Receives, labels, stocks and dispenses parts to mechanics, supervisors and managers.
• Assists shop manager by reviewing staff time cards for missed punches and notifying corrections.
• Produces productivity and usage reports for management.
• Follows all safety policies and procedures.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
