Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator for the 2nd shift in Ellabell, GA, to support and optimize fleet maintenance operations. You will coordinate schedules, manage service records, and ensure DOT compliance while streamlining workflows for efficiency.

Key responsibilities include service desk support, maintenance scheduling, records management, and prioritizing work orders using TMT CMMS. Strong organizational skills and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years in maintenance administration and vehicle service writing.
• Technical: proficiency in MS Office365; familiarity with TMT CMMS or similar.
• Licensing: valid driver’s license; ability to insure company vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Service Desk Management – assist internal customers and vendors while ensuring DOT and safety compliance.
• Maintenance Coordination – schedule and track maintenance/repairs for fleet assets.
• Records Maintenance – keep accurate service records for audits and DOT compliance.
• Workflow Prioritization – generate preventive maintenance reports and prioritize work orders.
• Software Proficiency – use TMT CMMS for asset tracking and work orders.
• Parts Management Facilitation – help order and track parts for repairs.
• Compliance Assurance – document maintenance activities for regulatory standards.
• Process Optimization – monitor timelines and improve efficiency of repairs.
