Job summary

Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and lead our maintenance operations, including diesel equipment, trailers, and related assets.

You will supervise maintenance technicians, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain optimal equipment performance. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in vehicle maintenance with supervisory experience, strong knowledge of vehicle computer systems, inventory control, and experience with maintenance software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in vehicle maintenance
• 5+ years in a supervisory or maintenance management role
• Strong knowledge of vehicle computer systems, maintenance coordination, service writing, and inventory control
• Experience with TMT maintenance software or similar systems preferred
• Class C driver’s license required; Class A preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and Manage Maintenance Teams – Supervise Maintenance Coordinators and Diesel Technicians, overseeing daily activities, performance, and training.
• Ensure Timely Maintenance & Repairs – Oversee scheduled maintenance and repairs for all company equipment, ensuring completion within prescribed timelines.
• Maintain Accurate Service Records – Keep detailed electronic records for all assets to ensure compliance with audits.
• Inventory Management – Manage ordering, receiving, and tracking of maintenance parts, tools, and equipment.
• Regulatory Compliance – Ensure adherence to DOT and OSHA safety regulations, including documentation of DVIRs and inspections.
• Final Inspections & Work Order Management – Conduct final inspections of repairs and close out work orders in the TMT software system.
