Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator for 2nd shift in Ellabell, GA to support and optimize maintenance operations.

You will coordinate fleet maintenance schedules, manage service records, and ensure DOT and safety compliance while streamlining workflows to keep the fleet operating efficiently. The role requires 1–3 years of maintenance admin experience, strong MS Office and CMMS skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years of maintenance administrative experience preferred.
• Experience in equipment coordination and vehicle service writing required.
• TechnicalSkills: Proficiency in MS Office365; experience with TMT or similar CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Service Desk Management – assist internal customers and vendors while ensuring compliance with DOT and C-TPAT practices.
• Maintenance Coordination – schedule timely maintenance and repairs for company equipment.
• Records Maintenance – keep accurate service records for audits and DOT compliance.
• Workflow Prioritization – generate preventive maintenance reports and track equipment availability.
• Software Proficiency – use TMT CMMS for asset tracking and work orders.
• Parts Management Facilitation – assist in ordering, receiving, and managing parts inventory.
• Compliance Assurance – verify documentation of maintenance work for DOT and safety standards.
• Process Optimization – monitor repair timelines and identify improvements.
