You will coordinate fleet maintenance schedules, manage service records, and ensure compliance with DOT and safety regulations. The role requires 1-3 years in maintenance administration, experience with vehicle service writing, and proficiency in MS Office365; knowledge of TMT or similar software is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor preferred.
• 1-3 years of maintenance administrative experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating equipment and vehicle service writing required.
• Proficiency with MS Office365 and vehicle diagnostics knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Service Desk Management – assist internal customers and vendors; ensure C-TPAT compliance.
• Maintenance Coordination – schedule timely maintenance and repairs for company equipment.
• Records Maintenance – maintain service records for audits and DOT compliance.
• Workflow Prioritization – generate preventive maintenance reports and track work orders.
• Software Proficiency – use TMT maintenance software for asset tracking and record-keeping.
• Parts Management Facilitation – assist in ordering and managing parts inventory.
• Compliance Assurance – verify documentation for DOT, safety, and quality certifications.
• Process Optimization – monitor repair timelines and recommend efficiency improvements.
