You will perform medium-level repairs, conduct comprehensive diagnostics, and contribute to continuous improvements while advancing technical skills through OEM training and a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a diesel technician.
• Technical Skills: DOT rules and regulations knowledge; ability to complete repairs while maintaining quality, time, and cost guidelines.
• Growth Mindset: Eagerness to develop skills and stay updated with industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform Medium-Level Repairs such as clutch replacements, suspension rebuilds, after-treatment maintenance.
• Comprehensive Diagnostics: Troubleshoot engines, cooling systems, fuel systems, and electrical components.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Inspections and repairs per DOT and company safety standards.
• Streamline Maintenance Processes: Collaborate with parts specialists and management to optimize workflow.
