Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc. is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to manage planned maintenance, inspections, fluid analysis, and equipment monitoring services across Caterpillar and competitive equipment.

The role requires sharp attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with customers and internal teams to minimize downtime and improve fleet performance. Office-based with occasional travel across the territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in maintenance planning or service coordination is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify planned maintenance needs using Caterpillar systems and other tools.
• Prioritize service activity and coordinate with internal teams and customers.
• Support scheduling and execution of maintenance across fleets.
• Maintain documentation and tracking of maintenance activity.
• Generate reports related to maintenance planning and activity.
• Communicate professionally with Cleveland Brothers personnel and customers.
• Provide backup coverage for related departmental functions as needed.
• Travel occasionally across the territory as required.
• Contribute to special projects and continuous process improvement.
