Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Eight years related industry experience, including four years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in administration of fleet and equipment preventive maintenance programs.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations governing maintenance operations and safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversees maintenance operations for one or more operating companies.
• Schedules and directs maintenance shop personnel across shifts.
• Procures parts, supplies, tools and machinery; arranges external services as needed.
• Provides input on vehicle/equipment replacement needs and budgeting.
• Administers inspections to ensure safe, efficient maintenance operations.
• Identifies safety hazards and ensures corrective actions are taken.
• Occasional driving of company vehicle required.
