• Manages labor hours and consumables within budget; prepares work schedules and shifts.
• Coordinates emergency response and crisis management activities; liaises with local emergency management.
• Manages asset purchases, inventory, and vendor relationships for fleet and facilities.
• Maintains certificates, insurance, and safety compliance; ensures regulatory adherence.
