Job summary

Aramark seeks a Fleet Service Manager to oversee warehouse mobile equipment maintenance, including diesel engines, and to lead a team of GM/UAW and third-party mechanics. The role focuses on inspections, diagnostics, repairs, routine maintenance, and safety compliance in a shop environment.

Responsibilities include parts ordering, inventory controls, and coordinating PMs and repairs across multiple facilities, with a strong emphasis on safety and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in maintenance management or related field.
• Professional certifications preferred (SRMP, AFE) and OEM certifications (Hyster, Yale, Gator, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines and related equipment.
• Supervise GM/UAW and third-party mechanics.
• Ensure work meets client expectations and safety standards.
• Manage parts ordering, inventory and monthly billing reconciliation.
• Schedule and prioritize work for all mechanics (GM/Third Party).
• Coordinate daily repairs and PMs based on priorities.
