Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum 5 years of fleet management experience.
• Exceptional knowledge of purchasing, vendor/supplier relationships and strategic sourcing.
• Leading within a matrix environment with cross-functional relationships.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Experience leading without formal authority.
• Independent work style with problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Aramark's fleet management partner to direct tactical operations and optimize costs.
• Lead day-to-day fleet operations and administrative programs across all Lines of Business.
• Manage vehicle supply chain, licensing, titles, fuel cards, tolls, rentals, and asset data.
• Serve as operational contact for fleet vendors, managing performance and issues.
• Drive process improvements, efficiency, and customer service enhancements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies.
• Develop fleet reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and decision-support metrics.
• Lead fleet-related projects and technology implementations.
• Understand fleet policies and propose enhancements addressing underperformance.
• Create and manage KPIs for asset utilization, cost, and sustainability.
• Maintain inventory and life-cycle cost analysis for assets.
• Collaborate with business lines, suppliers, and internal stakeholders for fleet initiatives.
• Use data to identify issues and provide data-driven recommendations.
