Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Maintenance and Technical shop experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with a Shop Management System preferred.
• Microsoft Office intermediate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Workflow Management: analyze, plan, schedule, assign work to technicians and track productivity.
• Labor Management: training and development of personnel and performance management.
• Customer Management: maintain customer relationships, PM scheduling, and uptime.
