Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED required.
• Associate’s degree preferred or 1–3 years’ experience in maintenance operations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1–3 years’ experience in maintenance operations.
• Maintenance and Technical experience in a shop environment required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with a Shop Management System preferred.

Responsibilities

• Workflow management: plan, schedule, and assign work to technicians; track productivity.
• Labor management: train and develop personnel; performance management.
• Customer management: maintain customer relationships and ensure vehicle uptime.
• Asset management: oversee shop equipment and parts inventory.
• Quality management: perform inspections and root cause analysis; ensure safety and quality.
