Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred with related maintenance ops experience.
• Experience in maintenance operations environment required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with Shop Management System preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency is preferred.
• DOT Regulated No.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate workflow for technicians, including scheduling and RO approvals.
• Lead and develop personnel; provide training and performance management.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure uptime and satisfaction.
• Oversee location appearance, tool/equipment needs, and inventory controls.
• Ensure quality: inspections, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and audits.
• Control costs and manage payroll, POs, invoicing, and shop financials.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
