The role focuses on strategic maintenance programs, budget management, and continuous improvement to maximize asset life and service delivery. Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and green fleet initiatives is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 7+ years of fleet maintenance management experience.
• Proven leadership of large teams and complex operations.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices, safety standards, and compliance.
• Proficiency with fleet management software and tracking systems.
• Certifications such as CAFM or equivalent.
• Experience with sustainability initiatives and green fleet tech.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute fleet maintenance strategies for reliability and safety.
• Lead the maintenance team including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Oversee maintenance schedules, inspections, repairs, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage the maintenance budget, parts procurement, and vendor relationships.
• Analyze fleet data to forecast needs and drive improvements.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure fleet availability matches service needs.
