Job summary

FCC Environmental Services is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate and supervise all maintenance work, ensuring quality and safety across the fleet. You will review DVIR repairs, assign priorities, coach mechanics, and ensure the DVIR process and safety policies are followed to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5 years of relevant experience, and a strong focus on safety and efficiency in a multi-technician shop environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience supervising mechanics and coaching personnel.
• Knowledge of vehicle DVIR process and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supervises maintenance work and repairs, monitors progress and quality.
• Reviews DVIR repairs, prioritizes and assigns repairs.
• Ensures DVIR process is followed and safety policies are applied.
• Manages maintenance shops staffing and training of mechanics.
• Ensures safe and reliable vehicles are available to meet operations.
