Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

Oversees daily maintenance operations for transportation and facility equipment, ensuring repairs meet safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities include managing corrective maintenance, coordinating with vendors, developing equipment specifications, and providing technical recommendations for projects.

They handle department staffing, training, performance management, and monitor KPI metrics to meet financial goals.

Ensuring DOT compliance, conducting injury investigations, and enforcing safety protocols are key duties.

The role requires managing union relations, preparing reports, and maintaining inventory and fuel audits.

Qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in Heavy Truck and Diesel, a CDL A License, five years of fleet maintenance experience, and two years of supervisory experience.

Preferred Certifications Include Federal 608, 609, And Brake Inspections.

Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and analytical skills are essential, along with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

The physical demands involve lifting up to 100 pounds, operating vehicles, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
