Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in fleet maintenance or operations and 5–8 years in direct management.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with heavy truck/trailer repair.
• Willingness to travel and oversee multiple shop locations.
• Thorough knowledge of DOT rules and company policies.

Responsibilities
