Transport Refrigeration Services is hiring a hands-on Fleet Maintenance Operations Manager to lead our service location in Winter Haven, FL. You will guide multiple shop teams, drive efficiency, and ensure top-tier customer service while reducing downtime.

Ideal candidates bring proven leadership in truck/trailer repair, strong diesel and refrigeration systems knowledge, and excellent communication. A high school diploma, valid driver's license, and toolset are required.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership in similar role, preferably in truck and trailer repair industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of diesel equipment, trailers, and refrigeration systems.
• Excellent communication and team-building skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Valid driver's license; Must possess a toolbox and required tools.
• Experience with safety compliance and repair industry best practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop shop teams across multiple shifts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and communication.
• Oversee technician training and performance reviews.
• Manage shop scheduling, workloads, and project coordination.
• Maintain safety programs and conduct inspections.
• Support hands-on shop work during peak times.
• Track department performance and drive efficiency improvements.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and customers.
