Transport Refrigeration Services in Winter Haven, FL is seeking a hands-on, results-driven Fleet Maintenance Operations Manager to lead our service location. You will manage multiple shifts, oversee technicians, coordinate preventative maintenance, and ensure top-tier customer service to keep fleets running smoothly.

Responsibilities include optimizing shop scheduling, tracking performance metrics, enforcing safety programs, and building strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a similar role, preferably in truck and trailer repair.
• Strong technical knowledge of diesel equipment, trailers, and refrigeration systems.
• Excellent communication and team-building skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must possess a toolbox and required tools.
• Experience with safety compliance and industry best practices.

• Lead and develop shop teams across multiple shifts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and communication.
• Oversee technician training and performance reviews.
• Manage shop scheduling, workloads, and project coordination.
• Maintain safety programs and conduct inspections.

• Track department performance and drive efficiency improvements.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and customers.
• Promote a positive, high-performance team culture.
