Job summary

Transport Refrigeration Services is seeking a skilled Fleet Service Truck Technician to service diesel engines, transmissions, and refrigeration systems. You’ll ensure trucks, trailers, and APUs stay road-ready and reliable, with opportunities to work on reefer units and perform FHWA inspections.

• 1+ year of shop experience, DOT annual inspections or brakes, or tech school certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on trucks, trailers, refrigeration systems, and APUs.
• Troubleshoot and repair fuel, electrical, drivetrain, brake, suspension, and cooling systems.
• Replace brakes and service trailer ABS systems.
• Complete FHWA inspections and tire services (mount, balance, repair).
• Repair trailer bodies, rear doors, and structural components.
• Operate forklifts, hoists, and company/customer vehicles.
