Placements24 is recruiting a Fleet Maintenance Manager to oversee a large vehicle fleet in Welkom. You will lead a team of mechanics and service staff, develop preventative maintenance programs, and ensure safety, compliance, and operational efficiency across the fleet.

You will manage budgets, optimize maintenance schedules, and implement new technologies to reduce costs while maintaining high vehicle availability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fleet management or a similar leadership role within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics, maintenance procedures, and fleet management software.
