About the Role

Our client, a rapidly expanding retail chain with a significant distribution network, is seeking an experienced Delivery Fleet Manager to oversee and optimize their transportation operations in **Welkom, Free State**. This role is integral to ensuring efficient product distribution to various store locations and customers. The Fleet Manager will be responsible for managing a fleet of delivery vehicles, coordinating drivers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining operational efficiency. While the role is primarily based in **Welkom**, there may be requirements for occasional travel within the **Free State** province. This is a critical leadership position focused on driving operational excellence and cost-effectiveness within the delivery function. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the delivery fleet, including scheduling, routing, and dispatching.
• Supervise and manage a team of delivery drivers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

Requirements
