About the Role

This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can manage a fleet of vehicles, optimize delivery routes, and ensure compliance with all transport regulations. You will be responsible for maintaining fleet efficiency, reducing operational costs, and managing a team of drivers and logistics staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of logistics software, and a proven track record in fleet management and operational improvement within the transport industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for efficient fleet management , including maintenance schedules, fuel consumption monitoring, and route optimization.
• Oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.
