Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to optimize maintenance operations and keep our fleet compliant with DOT and safety regulations.

You will coordinate schedules, manage service records, and streamline workflows using TMT maintenance software, while ensuring accessibility for audits and timely repairs. This role requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of maintenance administrative experience.
• Experience in equipment coordination and vehicle service writing.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365; TMT or similar maintenance software preferred.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Service Desk Management – assist internal customers and vendors while ensuring DOT compliance.
• Maintenance Coordination – schedule timely maintenance and repairs for company equipment.
• Records Maintenance – keep accurate service records for audits and DOT compliance.
• Workflow Prioritization – generate preventive maintenance reports and track asset availability.
• Software Proficiency – use TMT for asset tracking and work orders.
• Parts Management Facilitation – assist in ordering and managing parts inventory.
• Compliance Assurance – document maintenance work for DOT, safety and quality certifications.
• Process Optimization – monitor repair timelines and identify efficiency improvements.
