Job summary

Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance operations for a diverse fleet of commercial vehicles and equipment.

You will supervise technicians, manage preventive maintenance, and ensure regulatory compliance across DOT, OSHA, and quality standards. You'll drive efficient maintenance programs, maintain accurate service records in the TMT system, and coordinate repairs while promoting safety and team engagement.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred.
• 5+ years in vehicle maintenance and 5+ years in a supervisory/maintenance management role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle computer systems, maintenance coordination, service writing, and inventory control.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze performance metrics and drive improvements.
• Leadership and communication skills with experience coaching, performance reviews, and employee engagement.
• Master mechanic experience preferred; Class C license required; DOT physicals compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage maintenance teams, supervising coordinators and diesel technicians.
• Oversee scheduled maintenance and repairs to meet timelines.
• Keep detailed electronic records for assets for audits.
• Manage ordering, receiving, and tracking of parts and tools.
• Ensure DOT, OSHA safety regulation compliance and DVIR documentation.
• Close out work orders in the TMT system after final inspections.
• Coordinate accident investigations and ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee emergency repairs and maintenance responses for vehicles in route.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll submissions, and time-off requests.
• Stay current with EPA, DOT, and other regulatory requirements.
