Job summary

Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. in Georgia is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to coordinate maintenance schedules, manage service records, and ensure DOT and safety compliance across our fleet.

You will streamline workflows, generate maintenance reports, and use TMT or similar software to track assets, while coordinating parts and scheduling repairs to keep operations efficient.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent; higher degree preferred.
• 1–3 years maintenance administrative experience preferred.
• Experience in equipment coordination and vehicle service writing required.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with TMT or similar maintenance software.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle computer systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license required for company vehicle insurance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Service Desk Management – assist internal customers and vendors while ensuring compliance with DOT practices.
• Maintenance Coordination – schedule maintenance and repairs for company equipment.
• Records Maintenance – keep accurate service records for audits and DOT compliance.
• Workflow Prioritization – generate maintenance reports and track work orders and asset availability.
• Software Proficiency – use TMT maintenance software for tracking and records.
• Parts Management – assist in ordering and managing parts inventory for repairs.
• Compliance Assurance – document maintenance work for DOT and safety certifications.
• Process Optimization – monitor repair timelines and recommend efficiency improvements.
