Job summary

Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across vehicles, trailers, and equipment. You will supervise diesel technicians, service coordinators, and maintain detailed records to meet audits and regulatory demands.

You will drive maintenance scheduling, parts inventory, and regulatory compliance while fostering a safe, high-performance work environment. Prior leadership, strong problem-solving, and DOT/OSHA knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent; higher degree preferred.
• 5+ years in vehicle maintenance with 5+ years in a supervisory or maintenance management role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle computer systems, maintenance coordination, service writing, and inventory control.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to drive continuous improvement.
• Leadership and communication experience, including coaching and performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage maintenance teams, supervise coordinators and diesel technicians.
• Oversee scheduled maintenance and repairs for all company equipment within timelines.
• Maintain electronic service records for compliance and audits.
• Manage parts inventory, ordering, receiving and tracking.
• Ensure DOT and OSHA safety compliance and documentation.
• Conduct final inspections and close out work orders in TMT software.
• Investigate accidents and coordinate maintenance responses.
• Coordinate emergency vehicle repairs and off-route maintenance.
• Oversee staff scheduling, payroll submissions, and time-off requests.
• Stay current with EPA, DOT, and regulatory requirements; promote safety.
• Foster teamwork, performance, and employee engagement.
