Job summary

Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Specialist to enhance transportation operations and ensure seamless supply chain efficiency.

You will oversee asset management, enforce compliance, monitor performance metrics, and resolve logistics challenges to drive operational success. As a leader, you will mentor drivers, supervise assets like Class A CDL tractors and trailers, and use TMW, Peoplenet, and PCMiler to drive data‑driven decisions while ensuring safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate/Bachelor preferred in Management, Transportation, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years logistics or transportation experience with at least 2 years supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management software (TMW, Peoplenet, PCMiler).
• Solid understanding of DOT regulations, C-TPAT and transportation best practices.
• Ability to multitask, troubleshoot logistics challenges, and implement solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to coordinate with drivers, management, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Asset management – oversee drivers, tractors, and trailers to optimize dispatch.
• Compliance & safety – enforce DOT regs, company policies, and C-TPAT.
• Performance monitoring – track KPIs like on-time delivery and route adherence.
• Technology utilization – use TMW, Peoplenet, and PCMiler for data-driven decisions.
• Customer issue resolution – address service exceptions and inquiries promptly.
• Operational efficiency & cost control – improve asset utilization and transport costs.
• Team leadership & mentorship – supervise and coach assigned drivers.
• Process improvement – analyze data, identify inefficiencies, implement changes.
