Agramont Transport Inc. seeks a Fleet Maintenance Manager to lead daily maintenance operations for company trucks and trailers in California. You will manage maintenance personnel, set priorities, coordinate road service and external repairs, and track repairs to minimize downtime.

You will work with the Safety Manager and Dispatch to ensure equipment status and maintenance needs are communicated. Bilingual English/Spanish required; after-hours coverage may apply.

Qualificações

• Experience managing commercial truck and trailer maintenance.
• Experience supervising maintenance personnel.
• Knowledge of truck/trailer mechanical issues and repairs.
• Experience coordinating with repair facilities and road service providers.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities.
• Availability for after-hours coverage.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead maintenance personnel and assign daily tasks.
• Plan and coordinate daily shop maintenance and repairs.
• Receive and document issues via drivers’ reports.
• Assess concerns and set service priorities.
• Coordinate road service providers and repair shops.
• Oversee external mechanics for out-of-area work.
• Track repair progress and ensure resolution.
• Maintain records of issues and repairs.
• Onboard new drivers on reporting and procedures.
• Provide after-hours maintenance support.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows.
