Job summary

Legacy Staffing is seeking a Senior Fleet and Shop Manager to lead fleet, shop, and maintenance operations across multiple California locations. This role requires English/Spanish bilingual ability, a track record of leading maintenance teams, and oversight of fleet programs and budgets.

You will travel between sites to align resources with operational needs, manage parts and inventory, and ensure safety and compliance. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in fleet, shop, or multi-site maintenance roles.
• 3+ years of supervisory leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to fleet, shop, and maintenance personnel across multiple locations.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs, work-orders, and equipment readiness for farming operations.
• Manage multi-location shop operations and travel between sites with Ranch Managers and Operations teams.
• Monitor fleet performance, costs, and KPIs; drive cost-effective decisions on repair vs. replace.
• Administer Fleetio/Samsara for asset tracking, scheduling, inspections and compliance.
• Promote safety culture and develop supervisors to strengthen leadership depth.
