Job summary

GFL Industries is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Morristown, TN to oversee branch maintenance, lead the maintenance team, and coordinate repairs for vehicles and equipment. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and open communication with operations to ensure safe, working equipment.

Responsibilities include managing preventative maintenance, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with safety standards while coordinating with the Branch Manager and Operations.

Qualifications

• Requires high school or GED.
• DOT certification for air brake inspection and annual vehicle inspections.
• CDL license within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Maintenance staff and satellite shop facilities.
• Direct supervision of all maintenance department employees.
• Perform repairs and supervise repairs on vehicles and equipment.
• Establish and enforce preventative maintenance program for safe operability.
• Maintain vehicle inspection, maintenance and safety records.
