Qualifications

• At least 3 years of heavy diesel truck maintenance experience.
• 1+ year in a leadership or lead tech role.
• Strong knowledge of engines, emissions, hydraulics and air brakes.
• Proficient with schedules and budgets using MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the maintenance department.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of technicians.
• Use the M5 Planner to schedule repairs and track parts.
• Ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
