Qualifications

• Proven Leadership: 3+ years of experience supervising or leading a team in heavy-duty diesel, fleet, or mechanical maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive maintenance schedules, complex diagnostics, and major repair workflows for heavy trucks and equipment.
• Enforce top-tier safety standards, daily shop protocols, and OSHA compliance so everyone goes home safe every night.
• Track parts inventory, manage work orders, and coordinate repair priorities directly with fleet management.
