Job summary

AC Sweepers and Maintenance, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to support the safety, reliability, and efficiency of our vehicle fleet in Morrow, Georgia.

The role involves coordinating preventive maintenance, repairs, parts, tires, fuel, and DOT compliance with drivers, supervisors, mechanics, and vendors. The ideal candidate has hands-on diesel knowledge, prior fleet maintenance coordination experience, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment to

Qualifications

• At least two years in fleet maintenance, coordination, or related experience.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations, inspections, and safety requirements.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage preventive maintenance and repair schedules for company vehicles and equipment using Fleetio.
• Coordinate service with mechanics, dealerships, tire providers, and other vendors.
• Track mileage, inspections, registrations, service intervals, repairs, and costs in Fleetio.
• Maintain inventory levels for spare parts, tires, fluids, and emergency supplies.
• Monitor fuel consumption and suggest cost-saving strategies.
• Ensure DOT, emissions, inspection, registration, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate responses to accidents, breakdowns, and weather-related events.
• Maintain audit-ready fleet records and analyze performance for improvements.
• Assist management with purchasing, leasing, and retiring fleet vehicles.
