Job summary

PB Materials is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to help manage fleet repairs, parts, maintenance and labor history. You will coordinate maintenance schedules, create and close work orders, and ensure mechanics have tools and manuals. The role requires collaboration across departments and accurate record-keeping.

Candidates should have 1-3 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A valid driver’s license is also required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules from pre- and post-trip tickets.
• Originate and close Work Orders of fleet maintenance.
• Coordinate with transportation to schedule routine maintenance of fleet vehicles.
