MV Transportation is seeking a Maintenance Clerk to provide administrative support to the Maintenance and General Managers in Columbus. The role involves posting parts to work orders, entering data into fleet maintenance software, and processing purchases.

You will coordinate shipping, inventory counts, and vendor pricing while maintaining files and reporting accuracy. Candidates should have a High School diploma, storage of parts, and experience with MS Office.

• Post parts to work orders.
• Enter work orders into the fleet maintenance software.
• Create and process purchase orders in the fleet maintenance software.
• Perform all shipping and receiving duties.
• Identify part numbers and provide descriptions for parts supply.
• Monitor daily fuel readings and transmit to vendors.
• Transmit fuel receipts to the client.
• Order parts for inventory and special requests.
• Manage and process parts cores.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventories.
• Work with vendors for pricing and efficiency.
• Maintain organized files and submit reports on time.
• Assist in managing department finances within budget.
• Ensure parts system standards are met.
• Other duties as assigned.
