Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of general office experience or equivalent training.
• Experience managing parts inventory and ordering from vendors.
• Ability to process purchase orders and track payments.
• Follows safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assures availability of parts in a cost-effective manner.
• Maintains fleet records on inventory, PM schedules, and repairs.
• Inputs fleet information into the fleet management system daily.
• Prepares truck purchase orders and processes related transactions.
• Reconciles Dossier financial data to Lawson GL and reviews PO accuracy.
