Job summary

Ecowaste Solutions is seeking a dedicated administrative/clerical professional to enter data from work orders into our fleet management system and keep Preventive Maintenance schedules current.

You will create and issue work orders with team guidance, maintain a computerized parts inventory, and help locate materials for staff and contractors while monitoring data accuracy and generating requested reports.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter data from completed work orders into fleet management program.
• Maintain Preventive Maintenance schedules with management guidance.
• Create and issue work orders with guidance from management.
• Maintain computerized parts inventory.
• Locate or assist in locating materials for staff and contractors.
• Monitor data for inconsistencies and errors.
• Develop and issue computer reports as requested.
• Perform general clerical duties including filing and mail duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
