Sysco Corp. is seeking an Operations professional to key maintenance records and handle fleet-related calls. The role supports maintenance staff and ensures data accuracy in the maintenance software.

Responsibilities include entering purchase orders and work orders, coordinating with fleet managers, and maintaining inventory. You will assist with PM scheduling, respond to driver and vendor inquiries, and keep management informed of operations activities.

Formación

• 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Data entry experience.
• SAP preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Input all purchase orders into maintenance software.
• Enter all work orders into maintenance software.
• Direct phone calls to the fleet managers or others as needed.
• Identify problems and propose solutions to other members of management for improved shop efficiency.
• Maintain and review the inventory of parts and supplies.
• Ensure maintenance software tracks PM scheduling and other maintenance needs.
• Receive calls from drivers, associates and customers and answer questions.
• Keep management informed of all activities concerning the Operations department.
