Republic Services seeks an Area Manager, Fleet to lead maintenance expertise across the Fleet and Equipment in the Area, guiding field teams to uphold the One Fleet standards and safety practices while supporting budgeted goals.

You will mentor Supervisors and Managers, drive process improvements, and ensure durable execution of maintenance programs in a fast-paced environment. This role involves extensive cross-functional collaboration and travel.

Qualifications

• Must be currently serving, Active Duty, U.S. Armed Forces Servicemember.
• Must be within one year of your End of Active Service transition date.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages the One Fleet implementation process and supports local teams.
• Assists in development and execution of operations strategy and Company-wide initiatives.
• Ensures compliance with standards and best practices across maintenance programs.
• Travels up to 70% as required to support field operations.
