Job summary

WM is seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee the full fleet of primary and secondary equipment within the assigned area, aligning with corporate goals. The role covers 2–4 locations and 50–99 assets, driving cost control and safety training to maximize profitability.

Responsibilities include ensuring safe, reliable vehicles, efficient asset use, and adherence to Mission to Zero standards while maintaining timely reports and budget guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree.
• High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience.
• 5 years previous experience (in addition to education requirements).
• Driver's License Valid driver’s license required.
• 310R license as a requirement on some requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the full fleet of primary and secondary equipment within the assigned area.
• Focuses on profitability through fleet and maintenance management, cost control, and safety training.
• Reviews capital equipment requisitions per corporate guidelines.
• Ensures safe and reliable vehicles are available to meet operations.
• Manages utilization of vehicle assets and conducts fleet evaluations.
