Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• ASE certification in multiple heavy‑duty areas is preferred.
• 3 years of maintenance experience with heavy equipment.
• 1 year of supervisory experience with safety and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct technicians to ensure safe, efficient, timely repairs.
• Monitor performance, report to management, and suggest improvements.
• Conduct training, performance evaluations, and merit decisions.
• Oversee shop inventory, budget, and approved expenses.
• Perform quality control inspections and authorize repairs as needed.
