Cornerstone Building Brands in Lithia Springs, GA is seeking a Fleet Operations Leader to develop and enforce safety standards across our fleet. You will collaborate with location managers to ensure compliance and oversee asset procurement and movement.

This role focuses on regulatory adherence, data-driven reporting, and innovative logistics solutions to improve efficiency. We value proactive initiatives, strong collaboration with operations teams, and partnership with HR for driver retention

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce fleet safety standards, policies, and programs to create a culture of safe and compliant operation
• Collaborate with location managers, supervisors, and team members to ensure full fleet compliance
• Oversee procurement and movement of fleet assets across the organization
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including US DOT requirements
• Manage operational and financial data collection for reporting and regulatory filings
• Lead projects focused on designing and implementing future logistics network strategies
• Develop solutions to improve operational efficiency and ensure successful deployment with operations teams
• Address customer challenges by implementing innovative logistics solutions and identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships
• Improve fleet performance through cooperative safety programs, training, and proactive initiatives
• Actively participate in driver retention and recruitment efforts in partnership with Talent Acquisition and Human Resources
• Support other fleet initiatives and responsibilities as assigned
