Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Fleet Supervisor to oversee daily fleet operations, supervise non-union Dispatchers and Fleet Coordinators, and manage unionized drivers under the CBA. The role emphasizes scheduling, safety, compliance, and strong labor relations to ensure on-time service and efficient resource use.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in transportation or logistics, at least 2 years in a supervisory role, and experience in a unionized environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in transportation, fleet, logistics, or operations.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising unionized employees and interpreting CBAs.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise non-union Dispatchers and Fleet Coordinators, including hiring and coaching.
• Oversee unionized drivers under the CBA, ensuring compliance and fair application of rules.
• Schedule workforce, routes, and driver schedules to ensure on-time service.
• Lead safety and compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across fleet operations.
