Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in an administration position.
• Strong Excel knowledge to manage data, track logistics, and analyze operations.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Commitment to 40 hours per week in office and ability to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Management: process invoices, schedule meetings, maintain partnerships.
• Transportation Coordination: coordinate vehicle movements across the fleet.
• Communication Hub: manage transport team's inbox and respond to requests.
• Purchase Order Organization: maintain and document PO tracking.
• Fleet Movement Updates: provide real-time updates and daily order/audit checks.
• Process Support: assist logistics projects and process improvements.
