Premier Truck Rental is seeking a Fleet Licensing and Registration Specialist in Fort Wayne, IN. You will manage licensing, titling, and plate processes for the growing fleet, coordinating with internal teams, facilities, customers, and government agencies to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years in admin, fleet operations, licensing/registration, titling, or related area preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities while maintaining records.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal teams, customers, and government agencies.
• Proactive and dependable approach to work and ability to follow established processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage registration and plating for new fleet equipment through INDOR portal and ensure delivery of plates and docs.
• Prepare, batch, and submit title documentation for new equipment to BMV on time.
• Coordinate shipment of plates, key tags, decals, and materials for new units.
• Manage title releases for sold equipment and ensure plates are returned and accounted for.
• Maintain electronic records by scanning and saving documents in Microsoft D365.
